Peerless Network Selects NeuStar as Preferred Vendor for Number Porting Services
STERLING, Va., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NeuStar (NYSE: NSR) today announced that Peerless Network LLC, a provider of services that simplify interconnecting voice and data traffic across disparate networks, has chosen to outsource its number porting activities to NeuStar. Under the agreement, NeuStar will perform the ordering, activation, and error handling services on behalf of Peerless Network for wholesale customers that opt into the service. Additional order fulfillment services can be added as required as well.
NeuStar's fully-managed wholesale porting service standardizes process flows across telecommunications resellers such as Peerless, and features advanced automation augmented by a provisioning center for performing order management, exception handling, LEC escalations, and such optional services as E911 and directory listings.
