Garrett DeFrenza Stiepel Partner Donald Hickman Retires; Successor Thomas Morrison is Named Partner

Donald P. Hickman was one of the five founding partners of Garrett DeFrenza Stiepel in 2002. Prior to forming the firm, the partners practiced together for 13 years at a large multinational law firm inOrange County. Mr. Hickman is a California Bar certified tax specialist. He specialized in tax and business law, and advised clients on the formation and operation of entities such as partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures.

Thomas Morrison, who has been named partner, succeeds Mr. Hickman.
