Financial Expert Educates Readers on Mortgage Crisis
Sacramento author Rick Perea asserts that the current mortgage crisis did not result because homeowners are poor money managers or lack the mental capacities to control their mortgage. The mortgage crisis, he says, has developed from the majority of the mortgage industry keeping consumers in the dark and uneducated in the largest financial transaction of their life.
In his new book releasing nationwide this week, titled "Mortgage Solutions: What You Don't Know Will Cost You," Perea lifts the veil on the mortgage industry and exposes simple truths to help readers protect their American Dream. As a past president of a mortgage brokerage company and from being an accomplished loan officer, he thoroughly understands how a loan officer or mortgage broker can easily take advantage of unsuspecting and uneducated homeowner and set out to develop a Consumer Mortgage Protection service to help homeowners from being taken advantage of by the deception in the mortgage industry.
