M.D. Sass Adds Russ Andrews as Senior Vice President of Marketing

Previously, Mr. Andrews was Managing Director of Alternative Investments at Wachovia Securities inCharlotte, NC, where he held several senior positions since 1997. Most recently, he created and managed a team that originated and distributed alternative investment funds globally. His team successfully raised 20 funds that invested in a variety of credit instruments, including leveraged-loans, commercial real estate, ABS, CDO's, distressed debt and hedge funds. He started his career at Signet Bank in Fixed Income Trading and Syndicate, where he was responsible for a team that traded U.S. Treasuries, Agencies, MBS, ABS, Corporates, Municipals and various money market instruments.

Mr. Andrews holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and received his BBA, Finance from the College of William and Mary. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and FSA (UK) licenses.
