Sutron Corporation Completes Acquisition of Ilex Engineering, Inc.

Sutron Corporation (NASDAQ: STRN) announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Ilex Engineering, Inc. for a cash purchase price of approximately $580,000. Ilex Engineering is a leading provider of DOMSAT systems, custom software and engineering services in the GOES Data Collection Services market with revenues of approximately $550,000 in fiscal year 2008.
