JMI Telecom Engages JTC Fair Song CPA Firm to Conduct Audits in Preparation of Filing Form 10 to Move to the OTC Bulletin Board

JMI Telecom (PINKSHEETS: JMIM) today announced that JTC Fair Song CPA firm has begun an audit of the Company for the years ended December 31, 2007 and will begin an audit of 2008 in February of 2009. The audits will be conducted in accordance with the standards of PCAOB and in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

JMI will file a Form 10 with The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) immediately upon completion of the audits. Once the Form 10 is approved by the SEC, JMI will have a market maker file a 15C211 to move from the Pink Sheets to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
