Reset Ventures Files Breach Of Contract Suit V. Jeppe Hansen

RENO, Nev. (EWORLDWIRE) Jan 6, 2009

Reset Ventures Inc., an assignee of AMF Capital, Inc., has filed a breach of contract suit versus Jeppe Hansen, president of Bridgehead Group ">, a business consulting, venture capital and investment banking organization.

The suit states that on Oct. 23, 2007, Hansen executed a Promissory Note in favor of AMF Capital Inc. To date, Hansen has failed to pay the Note and is in default. The total sum due and payable by Hansen under the Note is $124,442.40, which includes unpaid principal, accrued and unpaid interest, late charges, and attorney's fees.

The suit (CL08-5849) was filed in the Circuit Court for the City Of Richmond, Va.
