Having worked for both small capital and Fortune 500 companies, Decker brings more than 25 years of operations leadership and experience to BIA. Previously Manager of Project/Operational Services for Jacobs Engineering handling Kellogg's North American capital projects; Executive Vice President, CFO and Board of Directors of RX Optical Laboratories; and Executive Vice President, CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Zandex, Inc., he is a leader with a record of improving margins, heightening productivity and streamlining processes. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, acquisitions and growth, operations management, cost control and project management. Decker holds an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University inUtah. The addition of Decker to the BIA Team continues to enhance and strengthen BIA's global presence.
