Global Health Ventures Completes US$500,000 Private Placement

Global Health Ventures Inc. (OTCBB: GHLV) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-prospectus issued private placement offering of 2 million units, common stock. Each unit is comprised of one common share of Global Health Ventures (the "Company") and one common share purchase warrant, at a price of US$0.25 per unit for a gross proceeds of US$500,000. Each whole common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of Global Health Ventures upon payment of US$0.40 within two years.
