VisionChina Media to Attend Two Investor Conferences in China in January

announced that Ms. Dina Liu, the Company's chief financial officer, is
scheduled to attend the following investor conferences inChina in January:

Shangri-La Hotel inShanghai.
-- Merrill Lynch Hong Kong & China Corporate Days on January 20-21 at the
Island Shangri-La Hotel inHong Kong. Ms. Liu will be joined at the conference
