ATLANTA, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rollins, Inc., a premier North American consumer and commercial services company (NYSE: ROL), announced today share repurchases for the fourth quarter of 2008 totaling 835,300 shares of its $1 par value common stock at a weighted average price of $15.57 per share. Total share repurchases for 2008 totaled 1,385,475. In total 4,628,791 additional shares may be purchased under previously approved programs by the Board of Directors. The program does not have an expiration date.
