Harsh to lead Opposition in the Assembly Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman

JKNPP has nominated Shri Harsh Dev Singh as the leader of Panthers Party Legislature in J&K Assembly whereas Shri Yashpal Kundal, MLA-Samba shall be deputy leader and Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia the Chief Whip of the party.

Shri Harsh Dev Singh who was elected for the third time from Ramnagar is a practicing Advocate and was adjudged as the 'best legislator' during '1996-2002' Assembly tenure. He has been adjudged as the best Education Minister of J&K who made a historic contribution in the education field.

All the three MLAs were described as 'Three Musketeers' who shall play a historic role as opposition to annual undemocratic and anti-people laws enacted by the Congress-NC in the past.
