Freeman and BDMetrics Launch EventMatch(SM)
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Freeman and BDMetrics have
announced the launch of EventMatch(SM), a suite of event-centric media
products designed to extend the marketing value of live, face-to-face
expositions before, during, and after the event. EventMatch is the first
proprietary jointly-produced product as a result of the partnership agreement
formed between the two companies in February of this year.

How EventMatch Works
EventMatch is a suite of digital media tools made available to show
organizers, who in turn provide digital media services through their event's
existing Web site to connect buyers with sellers before, during and after the
show. When an exhibitor leases space at the event, they complete a detailed
profile of their products, services, what new items they will be featuring at
the event, etc. which becomes part of the overall database EventMatch will use
to activate its functions. When an attendee registers for the event, they use
EventMatch to search the show for their individual interests, types of
products and services they need, as well as other pertinent solutions.
Main functional elements provided through EventMatch include: Search,
Matching, Planning and Measurement.
-- The Search tool enables an attendee to search for exactly what
interests them, via its custom built, exposition-specific vertical search
engine. The event Web site will also contain more exhibitor-based content,
such as product information, solutions, press releases to announce what will
be new at the event and can even include video content.
-- The Matching tool then allows attendees and exhibitors to "find each
other" in advance and to make appointments at the event based on mutual
interests and profiles.
-- The Planning tool will enable an attendee to create their own custom
show site agenda before arriving at the live event.
-- The Measurement tool will provide instant metrics for exhibitors and
show organizers to measure their success from the exposition.
-- EventMatch also has a Mobile Search feature and an on-site mapping
solution to let attendees navigate the show floor more easily using their
smart phone once they arrive at the event.
EventMatch product details
EventMatch was developed jointly by Freeman and BDMetrics, the leading

exclusively by Freeman, and is available to Freeman's current clients as well
as non-Freeman exposition show organizers.
