Newron Sport (PINKSHEETS: NSPT) is pleased to
announce that it has completed and finalized the distribution agreement
with the JP Scutts Group of Sydney, Australia.
The agreement with JP Scutts will focus on the exclusive distribution of
the revolutionary patented tandem inline skates, which will include the
Trainon and Touron. JP Scutts specializes in the distribution of a wide
variety of branded merchandise, which includes sporting goods and sporting

The Australian sporting goods market is estimated at US$582 million, with

enviable market for sporting goods, as Australia's temperate climate
enables outdoor sports participation all year. Newron is confident in its
abilities to attract sporting enthusiasts in Australia, who range widely in
both age and level of disposable income, in which the level of
participation is more prevalent in the 20-44 year age group.
"We are very excited that we have completed the agreement with the JP
Scutts Group," stated Mr. Robert Ritondo, President of Newron Sport. "We
are very conscious of the Australian market and how passionate they become
about their sports. We are hoping to capture an audience for our patented
tandem inline skates, that we believe will thoroughly enjoy the use of our
inline skates for pleasure, physical endurance and sports performance,"
continued Mr. Ritondo.

a smooth glide, stride and maneuverability of an ice skate, all while
offering the user a safer and more efficient braking system than the
conventional inline skates.
The Newron inline skates are intended both to help prevent injury and to
improve athletic performance via its confidence-enhancing attributes among
inline skate sports participants. The Newron inline skate seeks to foster
the enjoyment of sports by people of all ages.
