Formerly of First Advantage, Karen possesses over 10 years' experience working as a National Sales Executive and Director of Business Solutions in the talent acquisition arena. She is an accomplished professional, possessing specialized experience in working with Fortune 1000 companies. In this space, she is skilled at assessing client needs, implementing a customized, compliant solution and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Karen's expertise is in background investigations which includes international clients, workplace services and fingerprinting, as well as I-9 Solutions, Applicant Tracking Systems and Skills and Behavioral Assessments.
