Frankel Offshore Energy, Inc. Sues Probe Resources U.S., Ltd., and L. Scott Broussard for Fraud and Breach of Contract in Texas District Court

Frankel Offshore Resources, Inc. ("FOE") filed suit in Texas District Court in Houston, Texas on Wednesday, November 26, 2008, naming Probe Resources U.S., Ltd. and its chief executive officer L. Scott Broussard as defendants. The suit alleges that Probe, through Broussard, breached a Confidentiality Agreement and fraudulently deprived FOE of its interests in certain offshore properties, including Gulf of Mexico Blocks East Cameron 36, East Cameron 37, East Cameron Block 246, South Timbalier 214, and Brazos 434. FOE seeks to impose a constructive trust on the properties and their revenues. The suit also seeks money damages.

Probe Resources U.S., Ltd. is a Woodlands, Texas-based subsidiary of Probe Resources, Ltd. (TSX-V: PBR).
