The popular and rapidly growing Santa Fe Cattle Co. (PINKSHEETS: SFHD) roadhouse style steak restaurant chain will officially open the doors to its 27th location at 4:00 p.m. in Enterprise, Alabama, on Monday, December 8th. The opening marks the 8th new unit the company has opened in 2008.
