Do You Take This Bacon To be Your Deliciously Wedded Bacon?

OK, well now that the presidential election is officially over, we can finally get down to making some important decision on things that truly matter to a legitimate Bacon Freak!

For example, who actually has the very best "Bacon Wrapped In Bacon!" I'm talking the ultimate, consummate, optimum "Bacon Wrapped In Bacon!" On one corner we have Seattle's "Cache" restaurant, which features what culinary instructor and Los Angeles Times writer Jenn Garbee believes is the TRUE "bacon-wrapped bacon" to die for.

Apparently this dish is delightfully "delish," and is described as being "an oinkingly rich appetizer where chunks of pork belly are ...simmered in a complex bath that includes star anise, Shiaoxing wine, sambal oelek and homemade chicken stock before being wrapped in bacon and baked."

Mmmmmm!! Good thing you can't see drool stains on articles on the Internet!

In the other corner, weighing in as a serious pork attraction (clap, clap, clap, clap) deep in the heart of Texas! Introducing Lucky's Pub in Houston, TX, where you will find one of the most popular menu items being listed LAST but not least as: Bacon Wrapped Bacon. This tempting taste treat is Italian pancetta carefully and caringly wrapped in Canadian bacon, which is then wrapped in American hickory smoked bacon with a maple butter sauce!
