FORWARD OPERATING BASE RUSTAMIYAH, Iraq - Pfc. Kellen West, a medic from Loomis, Calif., provides security during a celebration for the opening of a micro-power generator in the Karadah district of eastern Baghdad. West serves with 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad.

Christopher Kelley, a 492nd Civil Affairs Battalion Soldier, patrols on his way to a micro-power generator ribbon-cutting ceremony in the Karadah district of eastern Baghdad. As a civil affairs Soldier attached to 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, Kelley interacts with Iraqi citizens and gathers information concerning security and infrastructure in eastern Baghdad neighborhoods.

Kenneth Bohn, a Valencia, Calif., native, assigned to 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, provides security for a micro-power generator opening in the Karadah district of eastern Baghdad. Bohn is serving his second deployment to Iraq.
FORWARD OPERATING BASE RUSTAMIYAH, Iraq - Staff Sgt. Christopher Sandles, an artilleryman assigned to 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, provides security for a micro-power generator opening in the Karadah district of eastern Baghdad. The generator will provide power for 300 Karadah families.
