As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC"), we are issuing the following press release to clarify our disclosure.

In an effort to improve the quality of disclosure to its shareholders, the Company has, with the assistance of the BCSC, revised and re-filed its annual Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ended April 30, 2008 together with its interim Management Discussion and Analysis for the interim period ended July 31, 2008.
