INTEGRITY Global Security's New Certified Secure Operating System Could Have Prevented Recent Pentagon Cyber Attacks and Obama Cell Phone Hack

David Chandler, CEO of INTEGRITY Global
Security, issued this statement today in response to recent news reports
that the Pentagon suffered an unprecedented cyber attack and that
President-elect Obama's cell phone records had been hacked:
"INTEGRITY Global Security's certified-secure operating system could have
prevented both of these attacks. In the case of the Pentagon, our system
can restrict USB and other external device access. We can also isolate
sensitive data and IT systems and protect them from worms, viruses and
other threats. In fact, the Department of Defense is already deploying
INTEGRITY to counter threats just like these.
"INTEGRITY's Secure Separation Platform can also be used to ensure that
critical data -- like the President-elect's cell phone records -- can be
viewed only by authorized individuals and cannot be copied, forwarded, or
hacked.
"The National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) which is operated by
the National Security Agency (NSA) has certified that the INTEGRITY
operating system is appropriate for systems exposed to the types of
sophisticated and hostile attacks that hit the Pentagon. We can also
prevent insider penetrations like the one the President-elect suffered.
With INTEGRITY, data and systems are certified secure."
Last week, INTEGRITY Global Security announced that its INTEGRITY-178B
operating system was certified to Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance
Level (EAL) 6+, High Robustness. "INTEGRITY is the first and only operating
system to be awarded such a high-level security certification," added
Chandler.
INTEGRITY's certified-secure operating system is now available to both
government and commercial entities that require their critical data and
systems be absolutely secure. For more information:
