Brett Brewer Appointed to Pacific Sunwear Board of Directors

ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 21, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the "Company"), today announced the appointment of Brett Brewer to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Brewer, 36, is an Internet entrepreneur who has built, operated and sold Internet media companies. Mr. Brewer co-founded Intermix Media, which launched several online businesses including Myspace.com, Skilljam.com and Alena.com. Mr. Brewer currently holds the position of President and Director of Adknowledge.com, a behavioral-based advertising technology company.
