Lands End Reports on AGM Results and Appointment of New Board Member

CALGARY, ALBERTA - (Marketwire - Nov. 21, 2008) - Lands End Resources (CNSX:LND) is pleased to report that all resolutions presented at its recent Annual Special Meeting were approved by shareholders, including the election of directors and the adoption of an amended stock option plan.

Robert Pek, Art Bray and Brad Culver were each re-elected as directors of the Company and David Harrison was newly elected as director.

David Harrison is based in Calgary where he has been active in corporate and public sector capacities. David is currently President of Snowcap Energy Inc. He has been associated with Benchmark Energy Corp. as President, CEO and Director; with Eastshore Energy Ltd. as Corporate Secretary; with Tracer Petroleum Corp. as VP and Corporate Secretary; with Odyssey Petroleum Corp. as Executive VP and Chief Administrative Officer. Further, David has been extensively involved in corporate finance and the raising of both private and public equity through the capital markets in each of the various businesses he has been associated. David has consulted to other oil and gas companies in matters of corporate governance and investor relations.
