CORRECTION: ProLink Holdings Corp. Reports 2008 Third Quarter Results
CHANDLER, Ariz., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLink Holdings
(OTC Bulletin Board: PLKH) informed us today that it has corrected the "Net
Loss -- Third Quarter of 2008 Income Before Depreciation, Amortization,
Interest, Stock-Based Compensation and Litigation Expense calculation"
previously disclosed in its 2008 third quarter financial results press release
dated November 14, 2008. For the nine-months ended September 30, 2008, the
Income Before Depreciation, Amortization, Interest, Stock-Based Compensation
and Litigation Expense calculation should have reflected income of $0.318
million compared to a loss of $1.618 million in the year earlier period
instead of income of $318 million compared to a loss of $1,618 million in the
year earlier period. The 10 Q's on record are accurate as filed.
