Koreen Ryan Named Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for The Warranty Group
CHICAGO, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Warranty Group, Inc., the world's

has been appointed Senior Vice President Deputy General Counsel and Corporate
Secretary.

Ryan has over 15 years of experience, including previous positions as
Division of Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission, Senior Counsel for McDonald's Corporation, as well as other senior
corporate positions.
Ryan holds a JD degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law and
Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University.
