Red Mountain Pharmaceuticals Inc. Merges With Zalemark Inc.
Charis Industries Co. (dba
Red Mountain Pharmaceuticals Inc.) (RMPI) (PINKSHEETS: RMPI) has merged
with Zalemark Inc. Zalemark (www.zalemark.com) is a leading jewelry
branding, design, and manufacturing company headquartered in Sherman Oaks,
California. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. The surviving
company will soon be renamed Zalemark Holding Company Inc., and application
made for a new ticker symbol.
Steven Zale (founder of Zalemark Inc. and an award winning jewelry designer
with over 25 years experience in the jewelry industry) the new Chairman and
CEO remarked, "This merger, along with a very talented management team, is
a key component for growth, both organically and strategically. In good and
bad economies, well-known brands help drive traffic to retailers --
