Magnum Completes Testing in Magog and Ships Rubber Crumb and Powders to Sekhar Research Innovations

President of SRI, Gopinath Sekhar commented, "This is an exciting time for us at SRI, the strategic partnership we have formed with Magnum has continued to grow stronger and stronger. With the commissioning of their powder production operations commencing inMagog, this starts the next important chapter in our joint activities. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of various powder samples fromMagog to carry out in-depth evaluation. This will allow us to proceed expeditiously towards final custom compound production. Magnum has recently established two new partners for securing additional supplies of tires and larger OTR tires. This is great news for our company since OTR tires have such a high yield of reclaimable solid rubber. Mr. Glusic will be traveling toMagog next week to meet with various, suppliers, vendors and government officials to discuss production schedules and expansion plans.

Magnum's Magog Facility:

Magnum's 98,000+ sq ft mixed use building on approximately 10 acres of land is located at 2035 Rene-Patenaude Magog (Quebec), J1X 7J2 within the Technology Center ofMagog. Magnum currently holds $131 Million USD in open and unfilled contracts with NSS, LLC over the next five years for the production of both rubber nuggets and rubber buffings.

Magnum owns the exclusive rights toNorth America and future Global Rights to an array of next generation of cost saving custom compounds, patents, process technology, and trade secrets of Sekhar Research Innovations that will allow for rubber to be reconstituted and specially blended into EPDM powders, and EPDM compounds. Magnum/SRI have and are developing new high tech custom compounds, processing aids, recycling solutions, and advanced state of the art equipment.
