MedcomSoft Sells Medworks 4.0 Customer Portfolio to HTN

MedcomSoft Inc. (TSX: MSF)(MedcomSoft) and HTN Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HET)(HTN) announced today that HTN has acquired MedcomSoft's portfolio of Canadian-based customers using its Medworks 4.0 account billing software for approximately $85,000. In addition, HTN has agreed to provide ongoing maintenance and support to these customers.

MedcomSoft continues to explore alternative proposals for its core U.S. Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management technology - MedcomSoft Record(TM).
