Vector Intersect Security Acquisition Corporation Announces Postponement of Its Special Shareholders Meeting Until Completion of Proxy Statement

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vector Intersect Security Acquisition Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VTRQ), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that its special meeting of shareholders to vote on the proposed merger with Cyalume Light Technologies, among other items, has been postponed until its proxy statement can be completed and mailed to stockholders. Vector will announce the rescheduled date for the stockholders meeting as soon as possible.

On February 14, 2008, Vector announced it had reached a definitive agreement to acquire Cyalume Light Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of safety, security and training products for the U.S. military and other militaries. The acquisition is subject to the approval of existing Vector shareholders, among other closing considerations.
