Endurance's Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.25 Per Ordinary Share and $0.484375 Per Series A Preferred Share

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Nov. 20, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. , a Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share and $0.484375 per share payable on its 7.75% Non-Cumulative Preferred Shares, Series A. The dividend on Endurance's outstanding ordinary shares will be payable on December 31, 2008 to the ordinary shareholders of record on December 17, 2008 and the dividend on Endurance's Series A Preferred Shares will be payable on December 15, 2008 to the Series A Preferred shareholders of record on December 1, 2008.
