Indus Corporation Strengthens Leadership Team

VIENNA, Va., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- INDUS Corporation, a leading Federal Information Technology (IT) solutions provider, announced today that it has enhanced its senior management team, effective immediately, as follows:

    --  Carleton Jones takes on the position of President of INDUS, while
        retaining his position as Vice Chairman of the company to which he was
        appointed in May 2008.  Mr. Jones is well known in the Federal IT
        community, having served in senior leadership positions at other
        successful companies, including as President & Chief Executive of
        Multimax, Inc. and as President of Vanstar Government Systems, Inc. and
        Sysorex Information Systems, Inc.

    --  Patty Nunn is the new Senior Vice President, Defense & Intelligence
        Sector, one of the two new sectors around which INDUS' business is
        now organized.  Ms. Nunn has served as Senior Vice President, Strategic
        Programs, at INDUS since August 2007.  She has 20+ years of experience
        in developing and managing Federal professional services engagements. 
        Before joining INDUS, she was Senior Vice President, Strategic Programs,
        at Karta Technologies, Inc.  Previously, she served as Vice President,
        Proposals & Production, at Anteon Corporation.

    --  Mike Bowers is the new Senior Vice President, Homeland Security &
        Civilian Sector, the second of two INDUS sectors.  Mr. Bowers began at
        INDUS two months ago as Senior Vice President of the Homeland Security
        & Citizen Services business unit.  Mr. Bowers has extensive
        experience in the Federal IT services business, including 15 years at
        SAIC, where he was Senior Vice President & General Manager of the
        Enterprise Services business unit.  He has also served as Senior Vice
        President & General Manager, Health Solutions, for Vangent, Inc.,
        and was President of Agilex Technologies' Civilian Sector.
