CommonHealth Pumps Up Shared Services Staff

CommonHealth (www.commonhealth.com), the world's leading healthcare-communications network and a WPP (NASDAQ: WPPGY) (www.wpp.com) company, today announced one promotion and four new hires.

Promotion

Barbara Bochese, a CommonHealth employee since 2003, has been named vice president, director of operations, information technology, moving up from her previous rank of director of operations. Ms. Bochese's responsibilities will now include overseeing general operation processes in all IT departments. Furthermore, Ms. Bochese will manage IT capital and general expense budgets, internal IT support services and facilitate internal training on core applications.

New Hires

Marty Sillen enters CommonHealth as procurement and facilities director. As such, Mr. Sillen will oversee all aspects of facilities, purchasing and office services. Mr. Sillen previously served as vice president, director of office administration at Zenith Optimedia, a media services group.

Anthony Angerson comes to CommonHealth as a network manager, responsible for managing day-to-day network and server operations. Mr. Angerson will also monitor existing technology and implement new technology to support CommonHealth's continued growth. Previously, Mr. Angerson was employed by Hi-tronics Designs Inc., a medical device engineering and production company in Hackettstown, as a network manager.

Rosemary Zangrillo enters CommonHealth as a facilities and procurement assistant. In this position, Ms. Zangrillo will be charged with administrative duties as well as assisting the procurement and facilities director on various projects. Most recently, Ms. Zangrillo worked as a senior administrative assistant at Ortho-McNeil, a pharmaceutical company, in Raritan.

Derek Pritchard, joining CommonHealth as an application developer, will aid the application development team in designing and implementing software applications for business use. Prior to signing on at CommonHealth, Mr. Pritchard graduated from Oakland University in Michigan with a bachelor's degree in management information systems.
