Crowell & Moring Gains New York Corporate Group Partner Joseph A. Adams

WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowell & Moring LLP'sNew York office has gained seasoned corporate partner Joseph A. Adams from Jones Day. Adams advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions. His experience leading private and public companies on a wide range of transactions strengthens the firm's presence inNew York and complements the firm's growing Corporate Group, which has attracted several partners in the U.S. andEurope in recent years.

He has advised senior management as well as boards of directors, and has led all manner of buy side and sell side M&A transactions. In addition, he has represented issuers, underwriters, and initial purchasers in registered offerings, private placements, and Rule 144A offerings of debt and equity securities.
