UPDATE: Hudson Institute to Host Event on Iran's Influence on Hamas and Hezbollah
WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Since revelations ofIran's nuclear intentions became public in 2002, the U.S. and its allies have remained focused on the question of what a nuclearIran would mean for theMiddle East. Given the monumental concerns about the prospect of a nuclearIran, less attention has been paid toIran's two key proxies, Hamas and Hezbollah. Both terrorist organizations have been instrumental in attempting to destabilize the Levant in the past few years, whether by undermining the democratically elected Lebanese government through violent tactics or by attackingIsrael.
