Triumfant Announces Jane Tudor as Vice President of Customer Service and Support

Therefore, Triumfant has extended its customer service capabilities by adding 24-hour customer support, expanding the support engineer team, and offering customizable service plans. Tudor's appointment is a further testament to the Company's commitment to innovating the programs and services customers need to succeed.

Prior to joining Triumfant, Tudor served as the Director of Eastern Region Technical Services at Number Six Software, and Director of Consulting Services at Secure Software. Prior to joining Secure Software, Tudor spent eleven years at Rational Software (IBM Software Group) in a variety of senior sales and services management roles.
