Pricester.com Enters Partnership With Comm Tec to Manufacture Solar-Powered Cell Phone Chargers

Pricester.com, Inc. (OTCBB: PRCC), www.pricester.com, announced that its Genesis Electronics subsidiary has formalized a partnership with Taiwan-based Comm Tec Corporation, a subsidiary of the Taipei Exchange listed Azion Group, www.azion.com.tw, for the design, production and distribution of Genesis' solar-powered cell phone chargers. Significant design and aesthetic modifications are already underway to maximize market appeal; however, early first-generation prototypes under the code name SunBlazer(TM) can be viewed at www.genesiselectronics.net.

Pricester's solar-powered cell phone chargers will be configured for use with popular cell phones in both domestic and Asian markets. The chargers are compact "holsters" that use solar energy to maintain the phone's battery at optimal charge, eliminating the need to re-charge the battery with inconvenient and often unavailable plug-in methods. No wires, clumsy attachments or adapters are required. Pricester holds the exclusive patent for this technology to transfer solar energy to portable devices.
