appointment of Michael Brown, chairman of Line 6 Corporation, to the Mozes
board of directors, and Greg Estes, former Vice President and Chief
Marketing Officer of Avid Technology, to the Mozes executive management
team as Vice President of Marketing.
As Chairman of Line 6, a leading manufacturer of musical instruments, and

leadership experience to Mozes. Michael also serves on the president's
advisory council at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, and was
previously Chairman of EqualLogic until the purchase of the company for
$1.4 billion by Dell in the largest all-cash venture deal on record.
"We're honored to have Michael Brown as a member of the company's Board of
Directors," said Dorrian Porter, Mozes chief executive officer. "His
strategic vision has been critical to our business development, and his
wealth of leadership experience in both CEO and board roles will be
invaluable to us as we grow our company."
Greg Estes joins Mozes with more than 20 years of technology- and
entertainment-related business experience, having led marketing at
billion-dollar public companies such as Avid Technology and Silicon
Graphics. At Mozes, Greg will oversee the overall marketing and brand
strategy for the company, developing programs that enable thousands of
bands, brands, sports teams and more to take their traditional and digital
campaigns mobile, extending their reach to millions of fans and consumers.
"Our continued growth in new customers illustrates how critical the Mozes
platform is to execute effective marketing campaigns," continued Porter.
"As we gear up for a busy 2009, Greg's deep experience in our core markets
of music and entertainment and his track record of innovation in marketing
make him a powerful addition to the team."
At Avid, Estes served as the vice president and chief marketing officer,
responsible for the company's global brand and corporate marketing
initiatives. Prior to joining Avid, he served as vice president of global
marketing for Mountain View, CA-based Silicon Graphics, where he was
instrumental in the company's development of animation, special effects,
