SIOUX CITY, Iowa, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors
of First Federal Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: FFSX) announced
that the annual shareholder meeting date has been moved from November 13, 2008
to Thursday, December 18, 2008. The meeting will convene at 9:00 a.m. at the
Sioux City Convention Center,Sioux City, Iowa.
