Clintonista Asks SCOTUS to Delay Election: Whither Hillary?

By

Democratic attorney Philip Berg is nothing if not persistent.

After a federal judge dismissed his suit alleging that Obama is ineligible to be president because of citizenship concerns, Berg patched his ruffled feathers and marched forward to the next venue.

He will ask Supreme Court Justice David Souter for an "Immediate Injunction to Stay the Presidential Election of November 4, 2008."

BERG**

With just five days to go until election day, Berg is creating terrific entertainment potential by dropping a red-hot potato in Justice Souter's lap.

For those who may have forgotten, Berg is not part of a vast right-wing conspiracy. In fact, the man is an ardent supporter of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Which begs the obvious question: With attorney Berg working so hard to turn the Obama fairy tale into the political equivalent of the Wall Street economic meltdown of 2008, where the hell is Hillary?

Why has she not called off Berg to save the Democrat party?

Why has she not even issued a statement condemning Philip Berg's legal machinations against the Anointed One?

Possible Answer: Hillary fully supports Berg's attempt to derail Obama and, in fact, is funding the whole ugly mess!

The big question: At this late hour, is Hillary still campaigning for the Democrat party presidential nomination for 2008?
