New Faces at WTAS Bring New Expertise to Chicago Tax Practice
CHICAGO, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- WTAS LLC recently expanded itsChicago
tax practice through the addition of Kevin Burns and Julie Gilroy. Burns is
serving as a Managing Director in WTAS' rapidly growing corporate tax
practice, while Gilroy, a Director, is enhancing the tax service offerings in
theChicago office through her employment tax expertise.
Burns joins WTAS with over eighteen years of experience advising clients
on tax and financial matters. He was previously a tax partner at Grant
Thornton where he focused on both public and private companies engaged in
manufacturing, business services and retail. He specializes in providing
transactional planning to high net worth individuals, private equity groups
and private companies, and facilitates structuring their investments in a tax
efficient manner.

across all industries. She consults on issues related to tax/payroll
integration, controversy work, and mergers and acquisitions.
