Spanish Broadcasting System and El Zol 95.7 FM Announce New Exclusive Programmin

-"El Vampiro" and "El Africano" together once again in "El Vacilón"-

Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. ("SBS") (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today that WXDJ- El Zol 95.7 FM in Miami is offering a new, exclusive programming lineup and a brand new "Vacilón", the station signature morning show.

Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 10 AM, Pío Ferro and Al Fuentes, also known as "El Vampiro" and "El Africano" respectively with the famous Pichy Boys will entertain South Florida listeners on "El Vacilón. This show is based on the concept of "Saturday Night Live" on radio, and offers a good mix of music, entertainment, sports, jokes, news, parodies, interviews and lots of humor. SBS radio currently airs several successful versions of the show.

Following "El Vacilón," Betzy Vazquez, better known as "La Gatita, " will be on the air from 10 AM to 3 PM. To complete the weekday programming lineup on El Zol 95.7 FM, former morning show host of "El Vacilón de Miami" Nio Encendio will play the most requested music hits in Miami from 3 PM to 7 PM.

Native to Miami, Pío Ferro began his radio career at the age of 14 broadcasting a public affairs show on 95.7 FM called "The Wave" (WXDJ / Miami). After WXDJ change to a Spanish language format, Pío was promoted to director and hosted the morning show on the station. In 1994, he joined Heftel Broadcasting Corporation as Programming Direction for K-Love 107.5 (KLVE) in Los Angeles, in charge of the evening show. In 1995, KLVE became the #1 radio in Los Angeles, and maintained that position until 1998. Ferro joined the SBS family in October 2000, as National Director of Programming and was named Vice-President of Programming in October 2005.

Al Fuentes has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry. He graduated from Miami-Dade College in 1978, and began his career at various radio stations in the city of Miami. In 1992, Fuentes joined the SBS family as Programming Director and a host of the #1 radio morning program in Miami. He has held a long and successful career with SBS ever since.
