Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ:SBSA) announced today that WRMA Romance 106.7 FM and Mega TV will celebrate SBS' 25th anniversary and pay tribute to SBS' founder Pablo Raúl Alarcón with the most extraordinary musical event to date, "El Gran Concierto". This remarkable concert, featuring top Latin music artists, will take place on Friday, November 21st at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL.

"El Gran Concierto" is a celebration of SBS' history as a successful Hispanic media and entertainment company and will honor the life and achievements of SBS' founder and Hispanic media pioneer Pablo Raúl Alarcón. Mr. Alarcón was a devoted representative of the Hispanic community, organizer of the Latin GRAMMY®, and La Academia Latina de la Grabación.

True to the essence of its name, "El Gran Concierto" (The Great Concert) will display an artistic repertoire the likes of which Miami has never seen before, with musical performances by the biggest stars in the Latin music industry: Chayanne (the popular star of the megaseries "Gabriel"), Luis Fonsi, Carlos Vives, Cabas, Marco Antonio Solis, Alejandro Sanz and a special tribute presentation by Shakira.
