Kramer Levin's Thomas Moers Mayer Elected to Prestigious National Bankruptcy Conference

NEW YORK, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Moers Mayer, a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, was recently elected to membership in the National Bankruptcy Conference (NBC). The NBC is a non-profit organization of approximately 60 lawyers, law professors, and bankruptcy judges who are leading scholars and practitioners in the field of bankruptcy law. The NBC's primary purpose is to advise Congress on the operation of bankruptcy and related laws and any proposed changes to those laws. Membership in the organization is by invitation only.
