Certificate Re-Filing

At the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, Waseco Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: WRI)(FRANKFURT: WSE) is re-filing, on SEDAR, the Certificates of the President and Chief Executive Officer and of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in respect of its filings for the periods ended February 29th and May 31st, 2008.

Waseco Resources Inc. is an exploration company focused on Uranium exploration in the Quebec Labrador Trough where it is working with the AREVA group. The Company is listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and on the Franfurt Stock Exchange. There are currently approximately 30.8 million shares issued and outstanding (31.8 million shares fully diluted).
