Metro Brokers(SM) Purchases Realty Connections

Realty Connections has more than 20 sales associates that specialize in residential real estate, farm and land purchases. With the acquisition, Metro Brokers expands its market presence toJasper to include a new office located at 760 Martin Road on Hwy 515, bringing Metro Brokers' total office count to 26.

Metro Brokers now has six locations along I-75 servicing northGeorgia along a continuous corridor beginning inCobb County. The company also plans to add aCanton office located halfway betweenWoodstock andJasper in the future, providing seven offices in the region.

Patsy Carver, broker and owner of Realty Connections, was approached by several large real estate companies, but decided to merge her company with Metro Brokers due to the superior training, support and technology that Metro Brokers offers.

"It was an easy decision to join Metro Brokers," said Carver. "Sales associates at Metro Brokers are very successful, and I wanted that for my agents. In addition, the high standards of Kevin Levent (President and CEO) match my own."

Carver has almost 20 years of real estate experience, and was the top producing agent inPickens County before starting her own company. In 2007, she was awarded the "Fire in the Eye" award, which recognizes top brokers for their attitude of never giving up.

With the merger now complete, Carver is taking on a new role as an associate broker with Metro Brokers. She plans to help the company grow its business even more and expand its offerings to real estate agents and customers along the northGeorgia corridor.
