Lynch Leads Congressional Delegation Visit to Northeastern Baghdad

UR, Iraq - Congressman Stephen Lynch (left) and Col. John Hort, a Fayetteville, N.C., native, walk down the stairs after viewing the filters of a water treatment plant in the Ur neighborhood of northeastern Baghdad. Lynch represents the 9th district of Massachusetts and was part of a contingent visiting the area around Baghdad. Hort commands the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad.
