formation of an extensive partnership with Microsoft(R) to train and
continually update avVenta employees in Microsoft's Silverlight(TM) design and
their other latest digital technologies. The program includes regular on-site
courses that will be conducted jointly by avVenta and Microsoft trainers in
avVenta's near shore facilities, including its newly designed and
technologically advanced, 45,000 square feet studio inSan Jose, Costa Rica.

proprietary employee training program that gives avVenta's specialized digital
production workforce of 450 employees concentrated working expertise in the
latest rich media design and interactive technologies. With a firm foundation
of rigorous training and skill development programs, avVenta's digital
production studio teams are well-versed in the latest design and interactive
applications such as Silverlight, Adobe Flash 8, Maya 8, Adobe After Effects
CS3, Adobe Flex, Adobe AIR and Papervision3D.
