One-Hour Highlight Special Showcases World's Best Pro Surfers Competing at Famed Lower Trestles as part of Mainland America's Only ASP World Tour Event

FUEL TV will showcase mainland America's only
ASP World Tour event with a telecast of the seventh annual Boost Mobile Pro
of Surf presented by Hurley -- the seventh of eleven stops on the ASP World
Tour. Debuting at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Oct. 23 (check local listings), FUEL
TV's one-hour broadcast of the Boost Mobile Pro will highlight 48 of the
world's top professional surfers as they compete in high-performance waves
for a total of $365,000 (plus an unprecedented $45,000 additional first
place bonus to the winner from Bob Hurley) in prize money.
This year's Boost Mobile Pro show will feature Kelly Slater's phenomenal
39th career victory and three wildcards, former ASP World No. 2 Rob Machado
(USA), Brett Simpson (USA) and Yadin Nicol (AUS), being pitted against the
World's top 45 pro surfers.

The show will also give a behind-the-scenes look at the lifestyles of
professional surfing and highlights from one of the busiest weeks in the
action sports industry including the Surfer Poll Awards where Kelly Slater
won his monumental 14th award and Dane Reynolds won the Best Maneuver Award
for his aerial artistry in the film "Dude Cruise."
