PM nominates Bhim Singh

PM nominates Bhim Singh as Member of NIC Prof. Bhim Singh has been re-nominated as a Member of National Integration Council by Dr. Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India. Prof. Bhim Singh is also invited to attend meeting of National Integration Council being held in New Delhi on 13th October, 2008.

Prof. Bhim Singh was nominated as a Member of National Integration Council by Late Shri P.V. Narasimha Rao, the former Prime Minister of India in 1991 being Head of a recognized political party, J&K National Panthers Party.

Prof. Bhim Singh also met Dr. Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India last evening in connection with the current turmoil in Jammu and Kashmir.

He urged the Prime Minister's intervention for constituting Delimitation Commission and demanded Assembly elections so that democratic process shall not be derailed by those who want to take political advantage of the present situation.
