What do we know about Obama's ties to Kenya?

Kenyan TV station KTN reported this morning that Jerome Corsi, the investigative reporter and author of bestselling book, "Obama Nation", was arrested and deported from Kenya because he lacked a Kenyan Work Permit.

Jerome was in Kenya conducting an investigation on the close friendship and collaboration that exists between Barack Obama and Raila Odinga. Obama has shown admiration for Odinga and to ensure that he was successful in his run for President of Kenya, helped the Kenyan leader raise money in the United States. The two political leaders have been in close contact since 2006 and are said to be very fond of each other. For the American presidential candidate´s part, Barack Obama is revered in Kenya, the homeland of his biological father Barack Hussein Obama, Senior.

Obama Sr., now deceased, was a prominent economist in his native land and a member of a powerful Luo tribe which is also Raila Odinga´s tribe. Obama Sr.´s economic program included the forceful nationalization or confiscation of businesses held by European and Asian minority groups, who he claimed exerted undue economic power in the country.

In 1965 Raila Odinga earned a scholarship to the University of Magdeburg in Communist East Germany where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1975 - 13 years before the collapse of the Communist regime and the demolition of the Berlin Wall which heralded the democratization of the former Soviet satellite. East Germany had good relations with Kenya in the days of the Soviet Union.

Raila Odinga´s father was a renowned Kenyan Socialist and Raila, the son, is a member of the "International Liberal" union that was formed in England in 1947 and whose mission it is to spread the belief and benefits of Socialism around the world. Raila Odinga built strong Socialist ties in Europe where he received a university education, and he has reached out to Communists and Socialist in other parts of the world. Raila´s eldest son is named Fidel in honor of Communist Cuba´s dictator Fidel Castro.

Cuba´s Fidel Castro nationalized and confiscated private property, abolished representative government and outlawed civil rights such as Freedom of Speech. Cubans have lived for many decades, since Fidel came to power by force, under a fashion of martial law. The arrest, detention without legal representation and deportation without cause in law, similar to what the Kenyan authorities did to Jerome Corsi, would not stand out as being unusual in Cuba.

Kenyan elections are more often than not contentious and bloody; and the 2007 election was no exception. The United Nations disgraced "Lubber-sex-scandal" and "Oil-for-Food scandal" Secretary General Kofi Annan brokered a consolation post for Odinga as Prime Minister, who the allegations contended had been robbed of the presidential post. It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister post did not exist legally at the time. The Annan deal ended the violence that had seen the displacement of 600,000 Kenyans and the hacking to death of up to 150,000 fueled by inter-tribal hate.

Raila Odinga is said to have entered into a secret deal with the country´s Muslims to gain their support in the failed election. The arrangement would have given the Muslims the opportunity to apply their own Muslim Sharia Law - independent of the national laws that apply to the non-Muslims in the country. Since Muslims are, broadly speaking, guaranteed this right in the Kenyan Constitution, it is only necessary to allow it to happen for it to become a fact, without taking any action openly.

Although not all the fact are in yet, it is notable that Jerome Corsi´s bestselling book, "Obama Nation", asks very tough questions and raises many more new questions about Barack Obama. Raila Odinga has said in many occasions that he is a cousin of Barack Obama through Obama´s Senior´s side, a claim contested by some of the junior Barack Obama´s living relatives in Kenya.

Regardless if he is a blood cousin or not, Raila´s claim may indicate a motive for sending immigration officials and uniformed troops armed with automatic weapons to arrest, detain and eventually deport Jerome Corsi as he stepped into the Laico Regency Hotel to announce the findings of his research into the relationship between Obama and Odinga.

It is ironic that Raila Odinga´s regime invokes the violation of immigration law, "lacking a work permit", as the reason for mistreating and deporting Mr. Corsi. Barack Obama has been a staunch supporter of Amnesty (the forgiveness of crimes) for 22 million illegal aliens in the United States for serious felonies and the theft of the taxpayers´ money in an immense scale. Obama refuses to enforce the law in the case of verifiable felonies and theft by millions of people, and Raila Odinga deports Jerome Corsi (a single human being) for not possessing a work permit that was completely unnecessary as Mr. Corsi was not working in Kenya.

Mr. Corsi was not allowed to secure his own attorney through the strong arm ordeal. It would appear that Kenya is not a country guided by the rule of law and that some of its elected representatives and their employees resemble more thugs than men and women of principles and ethics.

When exposed to travesty in foreign lands we feel thankful for being Americans and for living in this country. Not all is well however. An overwhelming number of American´s know in their hearts that our country has already drifted dangerously from the principles enshrined in our United States Constitution. It is worrisome to witness incidents such as the arrest of an American author in Kenya who was exercising his freedom to free speech, which the Framers of our Constitution understood to be a universal human right. Could something like that happen in our country?

It should make us careful who we chose to represent us in our own government. Our Congress gets a measly 11% approval rating from the people, a rating even below the abysmally low approval rating of our unpopular president.

Not surprisingly, the American Psychiatric Association released today a survey that indicates that a whopping 75% of American males and an even greater 84% of American females are showing harmful health symptoms due to stress over the state of the economy and a number of other government policy issues. 3 out of 4 Americans report symptoms of stress.

We are in the worst economic crisis in 80 years. The Stock Market is in meltdown. Our retirement funds have lost $2.3 trillion. Criminals who have destroyed our financial and credit system are given a pass and the American people are frightened but the government into buying at least $700 billion in bad debt of mismanaged banks and insurance companies.

Our elected representatives and those who are seeking our vote in the coming election do not seem to rise above supporting the interests of the global elite that fund their campaigns, their re-elections and line their pockets under the visible horizon. Worse, we cannot believe much of what they say or promise - it is mostly spin crafted by political branding professionals.
